Mr. Shibani Shankar Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present bail application by praying to grant liberty to the Petitioner to approach the learned Court in seisin over the matter afresh by relying upon the judgment of this Court in Jati @ Susanta Rout & Jilapi @ Basanta Sahu Vrs. State of Odisha in BLAPL Nos. 5527 & 6993 of 2025 disposed of on 06.08.2025 and the judgment of the Apex Court in Vihaan Kumar Vrs. State of Haryana and another; 2025 (I) OLR (SC) 464.
