2. The defects shown by the Registry regarding the filing of the certified copy of the Trial Court judgment, has not been removed by the appellant.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant prayed for an adjournment for rectifying the defects shown by the Registry positively within two weeks.

4. List this matter on 12.02.2026 making it clear that, if on or before the next date, the defects shown by the Registry will not be rectified, this Second Appeal shall be dismissed for non-removal of defects.
