This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This CONTC arises out of the judgment/order dated 29.11.2025

passed in W.P.(C) No.33790 of 2025.

3. Heard.

4. At the outset, learned counsel for the Opposite Party(s)/Contemnor(s)

has produced the written instruction dated 19.01.2026, wherein it is

mentioned that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.11.2025

passed in W.P.(C) No.33790 of 2025, a Revenue Misc. Case has been Designation: Senior Stenographer Reason: Authentication Location: HIGH COURT OF ORISSA, CUTTACK Date: 21-Jan-2026 18:47:07 instituted vide R.M.C. No.1/2026 and notice has been issued to the

Petitioner for hearing of the case, which is fixed to 22.01.2026. It is

further mentioned that the Petitioner has filed one Civil Suit case

bearing C.S. No.226/2025 before the Court of Senior Civil Judge,

Rourkela and the hearing of the said case is also fixed to 22.01.2026. It

is further mentioned that on verification of the case records, the suit

land bearing Plot No.168, Khata No.136, area Ac.0.050 dec., Kissam-

Gochhar of Mouza-Bisra is recorded in the name of Government in

Rakhit Khata. The written instruction is taken on record. She further

contends that the land in question has unauthorizedly occupied the

land since 1974.

5. In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any fault with the

Government and the contempt as alleged by the petitioner is not

made out and nothing survives in this CONTC to be adjudicated

upon by this Court any further.

6. This CONTC is, accordingly, disposed of being dropped.
