Advocate for the appellant-State.

2. By placing the report, Mr. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate submitted that notices have been duly served on the respondents No.1, 2, 3 and 7 through police. Office note indicates that the notices have already been served upon respondents No.4, 5, 6 and 8.

3. Mr. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate has also submitted that the respondents have preferred CRLA No.1119 of 2025 challenging the impugned common judgment dated 26.06.2025 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Cuttack in S.T. Case No.119 of 2017. He further submits that the informant of the case has also preferred an appeal being CRLA No.1199 of 2025 and that both the appeals are presently pending for adjudication.

4. List CRLA No.1119 of 2025 and CRLA No.1199 of 2025 along with the present appeal preferred by the State on 23rd February, 2026.
