1. This application has been filed under Section-5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay of 16 days in preferring this Appeal.

2. The Appeal has been filed after brooking a reported delay of 16 days in filing the connected appeal against the judgment and order dated 31st July, 2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar-II in Civil Proceeding No.593 of 2020. By the said judgment and order dated 31.07.2025, the petition filed by the respondent-husband in the marriage under Section-13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 was allowed dissolving the marriage between the appellant-wife and respondent-husband solemnized on 30.04.2017.

3. After hearing the parties, considering the objections raised by the respondent-husband and going through the materials, we are

of the opinion that the applicant-appellant-wife could show sufficient reasons for the delay in preferring the concerned appeal.

4. Accordingly, the delay of 16 days in preferring the appeal noted above is condoned.

5. The I.A. stands disposed of.

6. Heard Ms. T. Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr. D.K. Panda, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the parties seek for adjournment.

7. Scanned copy of the Trial Court record in C.P. No.593 of 2020 be called for from the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar-II.

8. List this matter on 17th March, 2026 under the same heading.
