1. The appellant-wife is before this Court challenging the judgment and decree dated 30.08.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada at Mayurbhanj in C.P. No.372(T) of 2023. By the said judgment and decree, learned Judge has allowed the petition filed U/s.13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act by the respondent-petitioner/husband in the marriage seeking dissolution of the marriage solemnized on 07.05.2021 between the appellant- wife and respondent-husband.
2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
3. The appeal has been filed after brooking a short delay of 3 days.
4. Issue notice along with this order in the I.A. as well as appeal. Requisites for issuance of notice by Speed Post with proof of delivery be filed within five working days.
