01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for Petitioner and learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-
"Under the above facts and circumstances of the case, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Opposite Parties specifically Opp. Party No.1,2 and 4 to grant pension and other retirement benefits to the petitioner with all consequential service benefits after regularizing the service of the petitioner in the light of the principle decided in the case of Narasu Pradhan, O.A. No.1189(C)/2006 disposed of vide order dated.11.06.2009 confirmed by this Hon'ble Court vide order dt.19.12.2011 in W.P.(C) No.5377 of 2010 and confirmed by Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 07.01.2013 in Civil Appeal No.22498 of 2022 and order dated 14.07.2021 // 2 //
passed in WPC(OAC) No.3494 of 2013 (Annexure-6) and the judgment dated 07.02.2024 in W.P.(C) No.11441 of 2020 within a time to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court;
Or in alternative, in the interest of justice & equity, any other appropriate Writ(s), direction (s), order (s) be passed, as this Hon'ble High Court deem fit and proper.
And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner state that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-8 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.
5. As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-8 in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
