09.01.2026 Order No.

01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. It is alleged by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the judgment dated 30.07.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No.859 of 2024 having been duly communicated to the Opposite Parties-Contemnors vide postal receipt under Annexure-3 to the contempt application, however, the Opposite Parties-Contemnors have not implemented the same. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner alleged wilful and deliberate violation of this Court's judgment which makes the Opposite Parties-Contemnors liable to be proceeded under the Contempt

of Court's Act.

3. Learned counsel for the Contemnors, on the other hand, sought for some time to implement the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in the event the same attains finality.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, as a last chance, this Court grants further six weeks' time to the Contemnors to implement the judgment dated 30.07.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A. No.859 of 2024, failing which, the Contemnors shall be asked to appear in person before this Court and to explain as to why a proceeding under the Contempt of Courts Act shall not be initiated against them for wilful and deliberate violation of this Court's order.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the contempt petition is disposed of.
