01. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. This application has been filed for condonation of delay of two days, as pointed out by the office.
3. Learned Counsel for the Opposite Parties submits, he has no objection to such prayer for condonation of delay.
4. In view of the reasons detailed in the I.A., the prayer for condonation of delay is allowed.
5. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

02. 1. Since the Opposite Parties have already entered appearance, on being noticed on limitation, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve copy of the
revision petition on learned Counsel for the Opposite Parties by tomorrow.
2. Ms. Panda, learned Counsel for the Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2 submits, the Opposite Parties have also preferred RPFAM No.275 of 2025, challenging the selfsame Judgment passed in Cr.P No.29 of 2020 for enhancement of the maintenance awarded by the learned Court below.
3. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 9th February, 2026 under the heading "Fresh Admission", along with RPFAM No.275 of 2025.
