I.A. No. 351 of 2026

1. This I.A has been filed for correcting the names of the Respondents No. 1,2,4,5,6 and 7, which appears in the cause title of the claim petition as the names do not match with the names reflected in the respective Aadhar card.

2. It is stated in the petition, that an application was filed before the learned 3rd Additional District Judge-cum-4th MACT, Cuttack under Section 153 of the CPC with the prayer to amend the cause title of the claim petition as well as the cause title of the judgment, as the names were not mentioned as per the spelling available in the

Aadhar card.

3. On 20.05.2025, the learned 3rd Additional District Judge-cum- 4th MACT, Cuttack has allowed the amendment. Hence, prayer has been made for correcting the names in the cause title of the present MACA.

4. The order dated 20.05.2025 of the learned Court below has not been filed along with this I.A. Since no counsel appears on behalf of the Opposite Parties, list this matter on 27.02.2026.

5. As vakalatnama of Mr. Lingaraj Dash, learned counsel is available in the case record, his name may be reflected in the cause title as counsel for the Respondents-claimants.
