1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. This CONTC arises out of the order dated 03.03.2025 passed by
this Court in W.P.(C) No.28737 of 2024.
3. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
4. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party/Contemnor, on
instruction, submits that the order dated 03.03.2025 passed in the
above noted Writ Petition will be complied within a period of one
month from today.
5. In such view of the matter, the CONTC is disposed of being
dropped. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to file an
application for restoration of contempt petition, if the aforesaid
order is not complied within the aforesaid time.
