01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. Mr.Gautam Mukherji, learned Senior Advocate enters appearance on behalf of the Petitioner in the present case by filing a memorandum in court today and the same be kept on record. Registry is directed to reflect the name of Mr. Gautam Mukherji as learned counsel for the Petitioner in the brief as well as in the cause list.

3. Heard Sri G.Mukherji, learned Senior Counsel along with Mr.Abhishek Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner. Perused the CMP application.

4. Mr.S.P.Mishra, learned Senior Counsel along with

Mr.S.Sashtri, learned counsel on the other hand appeared suo moto and stated before this Court that he has instruction to appear on behalf of the Opposite Parties.

5. In such view of the matter, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the CMP application by 10.02.2026 on Mr.S.Sashtri, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties, who accepts notice on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos.1 to 5-contesting Opposite Parties.

6. Notice to proforma-Opposite Party Nos.6 & 7 is dispensed with for the time being.

7. List this matter in the next week. The parties are directed to come prepare for hearing of the application.

8. Heard learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner.

9. As an interim measure, it is directed that on an application being filed by the Petitioner seeking adjournment for further proceeding in the pending CS No.19 of 2025 in the court of the learned District Judge, Khurda at Bhubaneswar. In such eventuality, the learned Trial Court shall do well to adjourn the further proceeding in the CS No.19 of 2025 for a period of two weeks.
