1. Mr. Durga Prasad Nanda, learned Senior Advocate is ready to argue these cases out of which CRLMC No. 2440 of 2008 had been heard in part on two occasions.

2. Mr. S.J. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel prays for an adjournment stating that he is not in a position to reply to the submissions of Mr. Durga Prasad Nanda, learned Senior Advocate today.

3. These matters are of the year, 2008 but considering the submission of the learned Additional Standing Counsel, list these matters on 29.04.2026 for hearing. It shall be indicated in the list that the matters shall be taken up at 02:30 P.M.

4. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
