Complaint alleges non-compliance of the order dated 21.08.2025 entered in W.P.(C) No.28659 of 2024. After service of notice, the contemnors have entered appearance through learned AGA-Mr. Behura, who very fairly submits that the order in question shall be complied with within an outer limit of three weeks. With this proposal, counsel for the complainant is agreeable and therefore, this Court also agrees, subject to the rider that, in the event, the delay is brooked in compliance, for each day the OP No.1 shall pay from his pocket a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) per day to the complainant. It is also open to the complainant to seek its revival of the matter for aggravated contempt, if undertaking is not complied with.
In view of the above, the matter is disposed off contempt proceedings are dropped.
