02. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner praying for modification of the judgment dated 17.09.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.23547 of 2025, because, there is an inadvertent typographical mistake in 6th line of Paragraph No.2 of the judgment dated 17.09.2025, as, it has been typed out as "11.07.2025" instead of "16.08.2025".

3. The above inadvertent typographical mistake made in 6th line of Paragraph No.2 of the judgment dated 17.09.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.23547 of 2025 is corrected and the said correction

is carried out in the Court.

4. Accordingly, this I.A. is disposed of finally.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted to the petitioner on proper application.
