02. 1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Opposite Party in the CONTC No.1597 of 2025 that review petition i.e. RVWPET No.312 of 2024 has been filed challenging the judgment dated 04.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.31821 of 2021.

2. List this matter on 09.10.2025 on which date review petition shall be heard on the question of admission.

3. In view of the order passed in the connected review petition, no further order need be passed in CONTC No.1597 of 2025 for the time being. The same shall be on board on the said date.
