05. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

None appears for the petitioner.

The Review Petition has been filed by the petitioner-Dusmanta Kumar Behera challenging the judgment dated 29.04.2020 of this Court passed in W.P.(C) No.14746 of 2018.

It appears that against the aforesaid judgment dated 29.04.2020, the petitioner filed the Review Petition on 15.05.2020. However, the Stamp Reporter has mentioned that the date of presentation of the

Review Petition is dated 23.12.2024 and accordingly shown that there is delay of 1669 days.

Let a fresh report be submitted by the Stamp Reporter as to how in spite of the filing of the Review Petition on dated 15.05.2020, it has been shown that the Review Petition was presented on 23.12.2024 and therefore, there is delay of 1669 days.
