        14.           1.          The judgment is prepared in separate sheet as pronounced

today. Since endeavor has been made to set at rest the position of law with regard to the jurisdiction of magistrate to deal with disposal of property in cases relating to Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, for the easy handling of the cases by the courts below, a guideline has been framed for guidance.

2. The Office is directed to place the matter before the Registrar (Administration) of this Court who in turn shall place the judgment before Hon'ble The Chief Justice for his Lordship's opinion if to be circulated amongst all the Courts of the State and the Judicial Academy for guidance.
