2. Mr. N.C. Pati, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Opposite Party. One extra copy of the brief be served on him within a week.

4. Heard Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioner and Mr. N.C. Pati, learned Advocate for the Opposite Party.

5. It is seen that the prayer for variance of the status quo order at the instance of the Defendant was rejected vide order dated 21.09.2023 of the learned trial court and the same was challenged by the Defendant in F.A.O. No.56 of 2023. Leaned first appellate court though has set aside the order dated 21.09.2023 of the learned trial court, but did not pass any specific direction in the ordering portion of the judgment, whereas in the body of the

6. It is directed as an interim measure that, the original order of status quo dated 17.09.2016 passed by learned trial court shall remain in force till 20th January 2026.

7. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
