1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. G.R. Sethi, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. S. Das, learned Addl. Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. The present writ petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-

"It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the case, call for the records and after hearing both the parties pass the following reliefs:

i) To quash the order dtd. 6.12.2023 under Annexure-7.

ii) To direct the direct the Opp. Parties to regularize the service of the petitioner as Attendant-cum-Helper as per the ratio decided in the case Secretary, State of Karnatak versus Umadevi (AIR 2006 SC 1806) and State of Karnataka Vrs.

M.L.Keshari (2010) 9 SCC 243.

iii) To direct the Opposite Parties to grant all financial and consequential benefits flowing from the date when juniors have been regularised. regularization of his ORIS service.

And pass such other order/orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice.

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

4. Pursuant to order dtd.12.11.2025, learned Addl. Standing Counsel fairly contended that the claim made in the present writ petition is covered by the Judgment passed by this Court on 04.09.2025 in W.P.C.(OA) No. 2749 of 2018.

5. Considering the submission made and while quashing impugned order dtd.06.12.2013 under Annexure-7, the writ petition stands disposed of in the light of judgment dtd.04.09.2025 so passed in W.P.C.(OA) No. 2749 of 2018.
