 20.              This   matter     is   taken     up   through    Hybrid

arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for bail. Learned counsel for the State has produced the original Vakalatnama and submits that the informant has requested for engagement of a counsel from the Legal Aid panel to oppose the prayer for bail. The said Vakalatnama is taken on record.

Ms. Ipsa Rajguru Mohapatra, Advocate bearing Enrollment No. O-662/2010 is engaged as counsel on behalf of the informant to oppose the prayer for bail of the appellant/petitioner.

The Registry is directed to supply copies of the appeal memo, impugned judgment of the learned trial Court and the deposition copies of the witnesses as well as a copy of this interim application to Ms. Ipsa Rajguru Mohapatra.
