2. None appears for the Appellant Nos. 1 and 2, but Mr. Dhirendra Kumar Mohapatra, learned counsel appears for Appellant No.3-husband of the deceased and presses the bail application of the Appellant No.3.

3. On being prayed, two weeks time is granted to the State to file written objection to the bail application of the Appellant No.3 in terms of the judgment passed by the Apex Court in Atul Tripathi v. State of Uttar Pradesh & Others; (2014) 9 SCC 177.
