01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of the order dated 19.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P(C) No.6359 of 2024.

3. Considering the submission made, this Court, by providing a last chance, deems it proper to dispose of the Contempt Petition with a direction to the Opposite Party- Contemnor to comply with the direction of this Court dated 19.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P(C) No.6359 of 2024 , if the same has not been complied with in the meantime, as a last chance, within a period of four weeks, from the date of service of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner,
