12. 1. The disposed of writ appeal has been listed under

heading 'To Be Mentioned' at instance of respondent nos.3

and 4. Mr. Mohanty, learned senior advocate appears on their

behalf and draws attention to paragraphs-6 and 13 of the

judgment dated 18th February, 2025. He points out, affidavit

undertaking was filed by appellant and his client filed

affidavit of consent, both in the writ appeal. They are

respectively at flags 'F' and 'H'.

2. Mr. Pradhan, learned advocate appears on behalf of

appellant and Mrs. Dash, learned advocate, Additional

Standing Counsel, for State. Mr. Mishra, learned advocate

virtually appears on behalf of respondent no.2.

3. Paragraphs-6 and 13 in our judgment dated 18th

February, 2025 carries typographical error. Reference therein

to affidavits filed is corrected as affidavit of undertaking filed

by appellant and affidavit of consent filed by respondent nos.

3 and 4, both in the appeal. The affidavits stand respectively

flagged by letters 'F' and 'H'. The corrections be deemed to

have been incorporated in said judgment.

4. Mr. Mohanty submits further, there be clarification on

leave to prosecute. It is clarified that the leave refers to

prosecution for perjury.

5. The application is disposed of.
