01. 1. Heard Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Instant revision petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned judgment in Crl. Appeal No.03 of 2025 at Annexure-2 corresponding to S.T. Case No.74 of 2023.

3. The petitioner stands convicted and sentenced for offence under Section 324 IPC. Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was in custody for nearly one year and eight months.

4. Considering the facts pleaded on record and grounds stated in the revision petition, the Court is inclined to issue notice to the opposite party for a reply and response.

5. Hence, it is ordered.

6. Notice.

7. Mr. Ray, learned AGA for the State accepts notice for opposite party. An extra copy of the revision petition with all annexures be served on the State in course of the day.

8. List on 23rd July, 2025 for final orders.

1. Heard.

2. Instant petition is filed by the petitioner seeking release of the petitioner on bail on the grounds stated.

3. It is reiterated by Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is already in custody for half of sentence awarded to him. Considering the above submission and as the maximum sentence is of 3 years under Section 324 IPC and since the petitioner is in custody at present, the Court is inclined to direct him to go on bail subject to suitable conditions imposed on him.

4. Hence, it is ordered.

5. Consequently, the petitioner is allowed to go on bail in connection with S.T. Case No.74 of 2023 with such conditions as would be imposed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aska, Ganjam.

6. List on the date fixed for further orders.

7. Urgent copy of this order be issued as per rules and in course of the day.
