14. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that though in the rejection order dated 12.08.2024 passed in I.A. No.1463 of 2019, it is stated that apart from this case, there were four other cases instituted against the appellant, but he has received instruction that in some of the cases, the appellant has been acquitted and he intends to file a comprehensive affidavit to that effect enclosing the judgment of acquittal.

List this matter in the week commencing from 3rd July 2025.
