01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
The Office has pointed out that the certified copy of the impugned judgment has not been filed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application vide I.A. No.1459 of 2025 for dispensing with filing of the certified copy of the impugned judgment.
The copy which has been filed by the petitioner does not bear the seal of the Court or the signature of either the Presiding Officer or the Court Master.
Therefore, we are not able to accept such copy and time is given to the learned counsel for the appellant to file the certified copy of the impugned judgment.
Learned counsel for the State submits that there is delay of 708 days in filing the Criminal Appeal and intends to file an objection to the interim application vide I.A. No.1456 of 2025 filed by the appellant for condonation of delay.
