01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid
Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for appearing for the Parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed inter alia with the following prayer:-
"Under the facts and circumstances of the case as narrated above it is humbly prayed that Hon'ble Court would be graciously pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs directing the opp. Parties to fix the pay of the petitioner in the UGC Scale of pay from his initial appointment as per the orders and resolution passed by the Government of Odisha and in terms of ratio decided in Judgment dated 27.3.2019 passed in W. P (C) No.20728/2019 and order dated 14.12.2022 passed in W.A.No.627/2019.
And further be pleased to direct the opp. Parties to calculate the differential arrear of the petitioner and pay the same to him within a stipulated period as deem fit and proper in the fitness of the case.
And further be pleased to direct the opp. Parties to grant him all consequential and service benefits. And/ or pass any other writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/directions in the fitness of the case.
And for which act of your kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall remain ever pray."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has made a representation to Opposite Party No.1 vide Annexure-10 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-10 in accordance with law within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
