CORAM:
JUSTICE SASHIKANTA MISHRA
ORDER
18.06.2025 Order No.
03. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. . 2. Mr. S.N. Patnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that the writ appeal filed by the State has not been listed as yet for orders regarding stay. This Court can offer no comment in this regard except for observing that the judgment passed by this Court long ago remains non-implemented. This is obviously not acceptable as liberty was granted on more than one occasion to the State to implement the order subject to result of the writ appeal but no steps appear to have been taken in this regard. This, by itself amounts to violating the orders passed by this Court in the CONTC proceeding. One week time is granted as a matter of last chance to the Opposite Party-Contemnors to implement the judgment passed by this Court failing which appropriate orders as deemed fit shall be passed.
3. A free copy of this order be handed over to Mr. S.N. Patnaik, learned AGA for compliance.
