2. It is stated by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the present writ petition is covered by the judgment of this Court in Santosh Kumar Beja and others v. State of Odisha and others decided in W.P.(C) No.9617 of 2024 vide judgment dated 16.04.2025. A copy of the judgment dated 16.04.2025 is handed over to the learned Additional Government Advocate in Court today.
