09. 1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter is covered by judgment passed by this Court in the case of Gagan Bihari Bhanja (in W.P.(C) No.17405 of 2012) and other connected matters, which were disposed of by this Court by judgment dated 15.09.2015 and on instruction, it is further stated that the matter was carried to the Apex Court and the judgment of this Court was affirmed by the Apex Court.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes to serve copies of the judgment of this Court as well as the Apex Court on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow to enable him to obtain instruction.

4. List this matter on 04.08.2025.
