1. The appellant-husband challenges the judgment and order
dated 19.03.2025 passed in C.P. No.179 of 2022 that was filed by
him seeking decree of divorce in a petition filed under section 13
of the Hindu Marriage Act.
2. The appeal has been filed brooking a short delay of 22 days.
Issue notice along with this order to the respondent-wife on
the application for condonation of delay and the appeal by
Registered/Speed Post with A.D. making returnable within three
weeks, requisites for which shall be filed within three working
days.
3. List after service return.
