16. 1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that on the last two occasions, the respondent has been seeking for time. It is submitted on behalf of the appellant that the appellant no more wants to challenge the judgment dated 18.07.2019 as far as grant of decree of divorce is concerned. The only challenge is to the fact that the Court has not awarded any permanent alimony to the wife- appellant . It is further submitted that the husband-respondent works in the department of Post and was getting a salary of Rs.30,000/- during 2017. Therefore permanent alimony may be awarded.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent seeks accommodation to obtain instruction regarding the quantum of permanent alimony.
