1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard from the learned counsels of both the sides.

3. Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the

sides, it is felt proper to dispose of the writ petition finally directing

the Addl. Commissioner Settlement & Consolidation, Berhampur,

Ganjam (Opp. Party No.2) to consider the Judgment vide Annexure-

2, if filed by the petitioner in S.R.P. No.1185 of 2016 while

disposing of the said S.R.P. vide S.R.P. No.1185 of 2016.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of finally.

5. Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the

Addl. Commissioner Settlement & Consolidation, Berhampur,

Ganjam (Opp. Party No.2) immediately.

6. Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted to the

petitioner in proper application.
