1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties.
2. This appeal has been filed challenging judgment dtd.07.08.2018 so passed by the State Education Tribunal in GIA Case No. 549 of 2014.
3. It is contended in the Bar that the issue involved in this case is covered by the Judgment passed on 23.07.2024 in FAO No. 403 of 2018.
4. In view of the submission made, this Court finds no illegality or irregularity with the impugned judgment dated 07.08.2018 so passed in GIA Case No. 549 of 2014.
5. Accordingly, the appeal fails and stands dismissed.
