2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent submits, the subject matter of the present Appeal is covered by the Judgment passed by the coordinate Bench in L.A.A. No.57 of 2008 & L.A.A. No.56 of 2013. He hands up copies of the said Judgments to the learned Counsel for the State and undertakes to file the same with the Registry in course of the day.
