Order No. 08.01.2025 02. 1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present
case is emanating from an order passed by the learned Lokpal on
29.04.2022 and the said order of the learned Lokpal has already
been quashed by this Court vide judgment dated 19.04.2024 in
W.P.(C) No.21206 of 2022. Therefore, the petitioners have moved
an application before the learned trial Court for dropping the entire
proceeding on the ground that the proceeding has been emanating
from an order of learned Lokpal which has already been set aside
by the Division Bench of this Court. The application is pending for
consideration.
3. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to
withdraw the present petition to press his prayer before the Court
below in pending application.
4. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn
with liberty as prayed for.
