01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. This writ petition by the petitioner seeks for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court-I, Bhubaneswar to recall PW-1 (OP No.2) for her further cross-examination by setting aside the order passed by him on 19.12.2024 in C.P. No.1045 of 2021.

3. Heard, Mr. Rabi Narayan Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

4. Issue notice to OP No.2 by Speed Post/Registered Post with AD fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within three working days.

5. List this matter on 3rd February, 2025.

6. As an interim measure, the learned Judge, Family Court-I, Bhubaneswar shall not pass any

judgment in the matter without seeking leave of the Court till the next date, subject to condition the writ petitioner co-operating the learned trial Court in further proceeding in the matter.
