   01.    1.   This   matter   is taken up         through    Hybrid

Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. It is contended that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the judgment passed by this Court on 09.01.2025 in W.P.(C ) No.34677 of 2021.

4. Even though learned Addl. Govt. Advocate contended that the issue is not covered by the aforesaid judgment, but this Court after going through the judgment finds that the claim made in the present Writ Petton with regard to the impugned order, is covered by the judgment dt.09.01.2025.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the submission made, this Court while quashing Annexure-12 dispose of the Writ Petition in the light of the judgment dt.09.01.2025.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of.
