01. 1. Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant-

appellant [Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC)] and submits, his

client is aggrieved by judgment dated 17th May, 2023 of the learned

single Judge, directing consideration of claim for appointment of

respondent no.1 under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme (RAS) in

terms of the 1990 rules. The appeal was presented on reported delay

of 276 days. Application has been made for condonation.

2. Ms. Dash, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel

appears on behalf of respondent no.2.

3. Issue notice along with this order on respondent no.1 by

registered/speed post with A.D. Applicant will put in requisites.
