1. Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of

appellant, who was writ petitioner. He submits, his client had

challenged advertisement no.12925 dated 5th November, 2024

issued by Principal, M.K.C.G. Medical College and Hospital,

Berhampur for recruitment in post of Assistant Professor in

department of Anaesthesialogy. His client stood duly selected for

the post in the recruitment process. Hence, there was additional

prayer in the writ petition for issuance of mandamus, commanding

the hospital to appoint his client.

2. On obtaining leave he files interim application carrying

averment that tomorrow has been fixed for walk-in-interview for

appointments to the post. He seeks interim intervention because in

impugned judgment dated 11th November, 2024, though the

advertisement was set aside, there was no direction for his client's

appointment.

3. Mr. Kar, learned advocate, Government Advocate appears

on behalf of respondents.

4. In event walk-in-interview scheduled to be held tomorrow is

for appointments to the post, in which appellant stood selected, the

interview will remain stayed till next date of hearing. Appellant has

leave to communicate website copy of this order.

5. List on 18th February, 2025. The application be registered

and numbered.
