04. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. This is an appeal U/S.47(c) of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 (in short, "the Act") against the judgment dated 14.03.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Baripada, Mayurbhanj in GMC No.37 of 2022 refusing to grant custody of the child to the appellant in an application U/S.25 of the Act.

3. Heard.

4. Issue notice on admission to the respondents through Speed Post/Registered Post with AD by fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within three working days.

5. List this matter on 6th March, 2025 along with RPFAM No.133 of 2024.
