1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioners have challenged the

judgment dated 03.09.2025 passed by the learned District Judge,

Khurdha, Bhubaneswar in ARB Appeal No.5 of 2025.

3. Heard.

4. Issue notice to the Opposite Party by Speed Post with A.D.,

making it returnable on 7th January, 2026. Requisites shall be filed

within three working days hence.

5. As an interim measure, it is directed that the further proceeding

in Execution Case No.264 of 2024 arising out of Arbitration

Proceeding No.23 of 2016 pending before the learned Civil Judge

Sr. Division Commercial Court, Bhubaneswar shall remain stayed

till the next of listing of this matter.

6. List this matter on 7th January, 2026.
