01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This JCRLA has been filed by the appellant Nakula Jena challenging the impugned judgment and order of conviction passed by the learned Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge (FTSC-II), Jajpur in C.T. Spl. G.R. POCSO No.36 of 2016 dated 19.04.2025.

It appears that the very same appellant has already preferred CRLA No.1352 of 2025 challenging the self-same impugned judgment and order of conviction, which is a regular appeal.

Accordingly, the JCRLA is disposed of.
