01. I.A. No.3435 of 2025

1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 111 days in presentation of the appeal before this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant as well as learned counsel for the State.

4. Learned counsel for the Appellant at the outset contended that the Appellant is in custody since the date of judgment. He further contended that the Appellant has been convicted and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for a maximum period of one year, out of which he has already served more than six months.

5. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions as well as the grounds taken in the application for condonation of delay, the delay of 111 days as pointed out by the stamp reporter is condoned.

6. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

7. List this matter for admission on 22.12.2025.
