02 1. The appellant-husband is before this Court challenging the Judgment dated 25th June, 2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in Civil Proceeding No.40 of 2024. By the said judgment, the learned Judge, Family Court has allowed the petition filed by the respondent/pbetitioner-wife under Section-9 of the Hindu Mariage Act for restitution of conjugal rights.

2. Issue notice.

Requisites for issuance of notice by Speed Post with AD shall be filed within five working days.
