2. Heard Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the appellant. Perused the impugned judgments.

3. Considering the submissions and the grounds raised, the second appeal is admitted on the following substantial questions of law:-

i. Whether the learned courts below were correct in declaring the registered sale deeds as null and void without considering the question of limitation which was the basic point in the suit?

ii. Whether the learned courts below were correct in declaring the right, title, and interest of the plaintiffs when the father of the plaintiffs during his lifetime had executed the sale deed of his own self acquired property?

4. Issue notice to the respondents by speed post fixing a short returnable date. Requisites be filed within three working days.

5. Call for the LCR.

6. List this matter in the month of August, 2026 for hearing.
