08. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Though there is a noting "Notice on hearing could not be issued due to non-filing of requisites to Respondent Nos.1 & 2", learned Counsel for the Respondents in LAA No.4 of 2022 submits that he has instruction to represent the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 and undertakes to file Vakalatnama to represent the said Respondents before the next date of listing.

3. Learned Counsel for the Appellant is directed to serve copy of the Memorandum of Appeal along with the photocopy of the impugned Judgment on Mr. J. R.

Deo, learned Counsel by Friday (05.12.2025).

4. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 26th January, 2026, along with LAA No.4 of 2022.

5. Learned Counsel for the parties are permitted to take the soft copy of the pleadings of the parties, depositions of witnesses and documents marked as exhibits from the TCR through pen drive against the necessary costs, as prayed for.
