2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner files a website copy of the Judgment of the Supreme Court dated 12th February, 2025 passed in Civil Appeal No.2536 of 2019 (Sukhdev Singh Vrs. Sukhbir Kaur) in the form of a memo, which be kept on record.

3. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 2nd February, 2026 under the heading "For Admission" for hearing and final disposal, as prayed for.

4. Counter, if any, be filed within four weeks hence.

5. As an interim measure, operation of the impugned order dated 21.06.2025 in IA. No.1 of 2025, arising out of CP No.157 of 2024, pending before the
