Mrs. Pattnaik, learned Counsel for the Opposite Parties files a Memo enclosing thereto vesting order along with certain documents so also attested copy of Special Power of Attorney executed in favour of Mr. Subodha Kumar Mahalik S/o-Late Batakrushna Mahalik, who is working as Chief Legal & Enforcement Assessment Cell, to do various acts on behalf of TATA Power including signing of Vakalatnama(s), plaints, applications, replies, appeals etc., in the Court, which be kept on record.

3. Heard Mr. Rao, learned Senior Counsel being assisted by Mr. S.K. Behera, learned Counsel for the Petitioner so also Mrs. Pattnaik, learned Counsel for the Opposite Parties.
